Fifteen Fifteen is a rare work of precision-driven architecture, designed by globally renowned architect Ole Scheeren, and brought to life by Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties. Currently in preconstruction at 1515 Alberni Street, Vancouver. The development is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Born from an idea of three-dimensional living, Fifteen Fifteen introduces horizontality to an urban tower. Characterized by glass-enclosed cantilevers, its distinctive silhouette reaches out towards the water, the mountains, and the city, drawing Vancouver’s natural setting into the privacy of personal space.
